Dominika Čupková is an interdisciplinary designer connecting the dots between AI, art, design and tech with experience in PR, marketing and research. Currently a visiting doctoral researcher at the Interactive Technologies Institute and the Academy of Fine Arts at the University of Lisbon, Portugal. She is affiliated with the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava, where she explores what happens at the intersection of AI and design through a feminist lens. She is also a part of the global community AIxDESIGN, where she leads communications, and she co-founded the Ladies, Wine & Design Slovakia initiative. Through various initiatives, she strives to bring forth alternative narratives with the aim of envisioning and creating a fairer and more inclusive AI.
Dominika Čupková je interdisciplinárka dizajnérka, ktorá spája bodky medzi umelou inteligenciou, umením, dizajnom a technológiou so skúsenosťami z marketingu a výskumu. Je doktorandkou na VŠVU v Bratislave, kde skúma prepojenie umelej inteligencie a dizajnu, súčasťou medzinárodného kolektívu AIxDESIGN, kde sa stará o marketing a spoluzakladateľkou iniciatívy Ladies, Wine & Design Slovakia. Pomocou rôznych iniciatív sa snaží dostať za hranice algoritmických predstáv veľkých technologických firiem tak, aby sa zhodovali s ideológiami feminismu a starostlivosti a priniesli alternatívne naratívy pre spravodlivejšiu a inkluzívnejšiu AI.
